About usepastel.com Payment Method?
UsePastel.com has a system in place for managing payments. If your payment does not go through, the payment processor will retry the payment 3 times before canceling your plan. Your account will be switched over to the Free plan and you'll have access to all your canvases and previous comments in a read-only mode until the plan is reactivated. You can reactivate your plan by updating your method of payment through your billing section. Once updated, your plan automatically gets reactivated. If you need to add, delete or update your invoice billing details, you can contact them directly. You can also opt-in to have your monthly or yearly subscription invoices emailed automatically through your billing page. Note: only the Team Owner has access to the billing section and is able to see invoices. You can click on any invoice in the lower left of the page to view the line details and download it by clicking “Download PDF invoice”. If you'd like invoices to be emailed to a specific billing email instead, the account owner can use the "update email button" to add and update the billing email.
